Ogden Nature Center
Get outside and explore nature with Ogden Nature Center's summer day camps. With age-specific programs for kids ages 2–12, a Volunteens Program for ages 13–16, and even family and adult camps, there's an outdoorsy option for the whole family. Camp themes range from Totally Gross! and Animal Ambassadors to Eco Art and Marvelous Mammals. Teens can dig into habitat restoration projects or step up as volunteer assistants for younger campers.

GOAL Foundation
The GOAL (Get Out And Live) Foundation offers youth summer camps that focus on outdoor activities and a healthy lifestyle. These programs are for kids ages 6–18 and are available at all skill levels. Maybe your child is already super active and wants to improve their skills, or they're new to hiking, mountain biking, or rock climbing and want to learn the basics. Treehouse Museum
For 30 years, the Treehouse Museum
has been beloved by Ogden locals and visitors alike for decades. Since the beginning, it's been a magical place where children can unleash their imagination and pursue their natural curiosity. This summer, Treehouse is offering five week-long workshops including art, theater, a Summer Shakespeare Workshop, and a brand-new Filmmaking class led by guest host author and filmmaker James Kennedy.Location: 347 22nd Street, Ogden, UT 84401

George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park
The Dinosaur Park is relaunching summer camps in 2026 with hands-on STEAM themes for ages 2 through adult. Toddler sessions (ages 2-4) run Monday mornings in June and July. Tyrannatots (ages 4-6) meet Monday afternoons. Junior Paleontologist camps (ages 7-12) range from single-day to three-day deep dives. There are also teen camps, adult-only sessions, and family camps. Themes include "The Time Before Land," "Can You Outrun a Dinosaur?" and "Dinosaur Detectives." Member pricing starts at $20 per session, and bundle discounts are available. Registration is open now.

The Front Climbing Club
Kids ages 6–14 can enjoy an active, adventurous camp experience at Front Climbing Club summer youth camps. They'll learn the basics of rock climbing while making new friends, challenging themselves, and building confidence on and off the climbing wall. All equipment is provided, and experienced climbing instructors lead camps. Camps are available for new climbers who want to learn fundamentals and experienced climbers looking to improve their skills.

YMCA Of Northern Utah
YMCA Of Northern Utah’s day camps give kids a chance to learn, play, and make new friends all summer long. In the preschool camp (ages 2–4), little ones explore theme-based activities, weekly field trips, and guest visits in a nurturing, secure environment. Traditional day camps for kids 5–12 feature themed weeks like Young Scientists, YMCA Camp's Got Talent, Artistic License, and Great Outdoors. YMCA's specialty STEM day camp — beginner for ages 5–8 and advanced for ages 8–12 — is a fun opportunity for campers to experiment, engineer, and problem solve. Financial assistance and DWS childcare subsidy are available.

Code Ninjas
Code Ninjas is located in South Ogden and offers a wide variety of excellent summer programs for kids ages 5–14. Week-long half-day camps cover everything from Robotics and AI to Roblox, Minecraft, and more. Whatever your child is most interested in, Code Ninjas camps are guaranteed to take their existing love of technology to a whole new level.

Ziegfeld Arts Academy
The Ziegfeld Arts Academy summer arts camp is a two-week session that includes theater classes in acting, dancing, music, visual arts, costume and set design, and much more — culminating in three live performances at The Ziegfeld Theater. Kids ages 6–12 of all experience levels are welcome. New this year: the Minis Program, a fun introduction to musical theater designed specifically for ages 5–7.
