Delve deep into your hidden mind with this comprehensive, eye-opening training on unconscious bias. This training is designed to raise awareness and provide an understanding of the attitudes and stereotypes hidden in our subconscious that influence our judgment, decisions, and behaviors. Participants will explore how these biases develop, their impact on work culture and how they influence interactions with colleagues, friends, and new acquaintances. Through engaging discussions, case studies, and self-reflection activities, participants will gain practical tools to mitigate the influence of bias and promote fair and respectful environments for all.
