The Ogden Bay WMA is a popular place to hunt ducks and geese in the fall and winter. The WMA also provides some limited bird watching opportunities. Ogden Bay is open to the public from the Thursday before the Youth Waterfowl Hunt (usually held the third Saturday in September) until the end of the waterfowl hunting season. The waterfowl season on the WMA closes on a different day each year. You must have a Utah hunting or fishing license to access the property.
