About Pig: We are a modern Southern comfort food diner, serving breakfast and lunch all day.

At Pig we use fresh quality ingredients, non-GMO safflower oil, scratch recipes as well as many local and organic products. We believe food should be made with love, served with integrity and the dining experience unique.

    Appetizers

    Beignets
    Fried dough, powdered sugar, served with blueberry lavender jam.

    Fried Green Tomatoes
    Cornmeal battered, S&P, sriracha aioli dipping sauce.

    Entrée

    Chicken and Waffle
    House brined, double battered, Belgium waffle, powdered sugar and premium maple syrup, one over medium cage free egg served on top. //Add local bacon or house sausage $2

    Green Eggs & Ham
    Buttermilk biscuits, smoked ham, poached eggs, sliced tomatoes topped with Poblano Hollandaise sauce.

  • Dinner (Choose Three-Courses for $17)

    Appetizers

    Small Chicken Walnut Salad
    Chicken salad, candied walnuts, cranberries, Granny Smith apples over fresh greens.

    Pork Rinds
    AKA cracklings-crispy fried pork skin, salt and spices, citrus creole dipping sauce.

    Entrée

    Fish and Chips
    Cornmeal crusted 6oz. catfish filet, served with slaw salad, hand cut fries and chow chow.

    Ham Hash
    Diced country ham, potatoes, red peppers, onions, bacon and greens sautéed, topped with lemon aioli and two sunny side eggs.  

    Pig burger
    1/3lb. ground beef (grass fed, no hormones or antibiotics) Bacon onion jam, bleu cheese, green leaf lettuce, and a sliced tomato, served on a bun. //Add one cage free egg $1.5 or local bacon $2
             
    Desserts

    Pigberry Shortcake
    Buttermilk biscuit, strawberry coconut jam, fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

    Beignets
    Fried dough, powdered sugar, served with blueberry lavender jam.
