Simple, fresh Japanese-style Ramen.  Healthy, nutrient-dense bone broths.  Hard-to-find Japanese dishes: Enoki Shoyu Bataa, Tsukemono, Takoyaki, Honey Toast and fresh (never frozen) authentic Ramen Noodles.

         Bright, savory miso broth topped w/ fried tofu, baby spinach, radish sprouts, corn, green onion and nori- choice of spinach noodle (vegan) or yam noodle (gf)
