Join us for the May Art Stroll and you MAY be surprised at how many amazing pieces of art you can find!
The store will be open late from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with the store being open until 10pm for shopping.
Our Featured Artist is KC Peek.
KC is a mixed media artist based in Ogden, Utah, known for her unique dioramas made from thrift store finds, her great grandma’s costume jewelry, and other memorabilia. In addition to her dioramas, KC paints delicate watercolors, often focusing on botanicals, and explores mixed media techniques to create striking 2D and relief artwork. Her work invites viewers to engage with a blend of history, memory, and nature, encouraging a deep connection to the past and present.
Originally from the Midwest, KC lived in Maryland for 12 years before making Ogden her home in 2014. With a background in landscape architecture and a passion for teaching, KC blends her love for creativity with her skills in learning and development. She is dedicated to fostering an empowering environment where others can explore their own creative potential and contribute to their community.
In addition to her visual artwork, KC developed a deck of storytelling prompts designed to inspire creativity. These prompts are used by artists, writers, and creatives of all kinds to spark new ideas, overcome creative blocks, and tell their unique story.

Classes and Events happening during the Art Stroll:
-6:00 to 9:00: Hold on to your hats, our featured artist KC Peek has some amazing things happening during the Art Stroll! She will have an Image Creation Station with magnetic shapes for art stroll.
Her amazing husband, Shawn will be outside with a color changing lemonade!! It is reminiscent of watercolor! And KC does the most amazing watercolors you can find in the store!
Lastly, she will have a Make and Take Station with craft paper shopping bags that people can decorate with mixed media and then use for whatever they buy! Stay tuned for more information! Find her in Classroom A.
-6:00 to 9:00: Stephanie and Lance Howerton will be hosting a Marbling Drop In Night! Come float paint, make a design then dip your art to create with! Stop by to make marbled earrings, ceramic statues, ornaments, jewelry and more! Prices start at $4.99. Find them in the Textile Studio.
-6:00 to 9:00: We are thrilled to have the students of Katie Sorton and Angela Wilson from Post High School Program in Ogden School District for 18 to 22 year olds who have disabilities highlight their students art work. Find them in Classroom B.
-6:00 to 9:00: Watch Mike from Hurst’s Handblown create with Glassblowing! Stop by to see what he will be creating! Find him in his studio.
-6:00 to 9:00: Drop in Ring Bar. Stop by and pick out parts for a unique custom-made ring. First pick out a stone, then the bezel (metal that holds the stone), and then pick your silver band style. After all are chosen, 16th generation silversmith, Rene, will create your ring while you shop. Ring will generally be ready in less than 30 minutes. Find this in the archway to the studio space
-6:00 to 9:00: NEW Upcycled Vintage Pillow Case Dresses
Jenny Venegas with Aunt GGs will have NEW-to-you upcycled vintage pillow cases for summer. These dresses have adjustable straps and grow with your child. Jenny finds gently used unique and one of a kind pillow cases from estate sales, thrift stores and yard sales. In some cases, the pillow cases have never been used. Find them hanging up.
