Learn to use fresh compressed yeast and Italian double 00 flour to make delicious bread. Develop your bread making skills and learn to freeform your bread. All bread will be made in class but baked at home. You will enjoy samples of some of our favorite artisan breads. You will also receive a lame to use on your bread and take home.
