This free community class will cover the basics of Swedish massage, the power of touch, and why it's so critical to our well-being. Bringing a partner is encouraged but optional for the class. Whether you are interested in massage school or want to learn how to give a great neck massage, this workshop is for you. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn something new and fun!

• We'd like you to wear casual clothing that is comfortable to move around in.
• Each attendee will be entered for a chance to win a free 50-minute student massage in our professional day spa and student clinic! The drawing will take place after class.
