Powder Mountain is consistently rated in the Top 3 by SKI Magazine for Snow Quality and Value. With 7,000 acres of skiable terrain, Powder Mountain is one of North America's largest ski areas. Even on the busiest day, you may only find 1 skier per 2 acres. Adventures include snowcat skiing, snow kiting, heliskiing, snowcat dinner tour and the summertime 4 X 4 Adventure Tour.

With diverse terrain for beginner ease to challenging expert runs, Snowbasin also offers four terrain parks and 26km of groomed Nordic trails. With 3,000 skiable acres and 3,000 vertical feet, Snowbasin is best known for wide-open bowls, gladed runs, manicured groomers, powder stashes days after a storm, and rarely a lift line. Enjoy award-winning cuisine including mountaintop dining with spectacular views and magnificent day lodges. Make the most of day on the mountain with instructors, child care, and a four-lane lift assisted tubing hill.

Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resort is arguably the best learning mountain in the western United States. It’s located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Ogden. Four lifts service 1,000 vertical feet of primarily novice and intermediate terrain with some nice, steep faces. The Wolf’s Lair terrain park includes 20 features with boxes, rails and some good size jumps. Their Magic Carpet provides plenty of short runs for the little guys to get the hang of it.
